General

  • Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be stock discrepancies, and we will fulfill the available products or contact you regarding backordered items.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase. This price is the final shipping cost.

Returns

Return Due To Change Of Mind

  • We accept returns due to a change of mind if the request is received within 3 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

  • Once accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you by email.

  • We will refund the value of the goods returned but not the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns

  • We honor valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers must pre-pay the return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.

  • After receiving the items for a warranty claim, we aim to process the claim within 7 days. You can choose a refund to your payment method, a refund in store credit, or a replacement item (if available).

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically

  • Domestic shipments generally take 2 - 7 days.

Transit Time Internationally

  • International orders usually take 4 - 22 days in transit, depending on the chosen courier.

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment.

  • Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays.

Change Of Delivery Address

  • Address changes can be made before the order is dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping

  • We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

Military Address Shipping

  • Military addresses can receive shipments via USPS but not through courier services.

Items Out Of Stock

  • If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the unavailable items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us for an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

  • Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to follow the shipment's progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

  • If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it if possible and contact our customer service. If delivered without your presence, contact customer service for the next steps.
